Is this a timeshare or a pyramid scheme, am I expected to recruit others?

Answer:  Absolutely NOT, this is not a pyramid scheme or one of those travel clubs (we won't name names) who expect you to recruit members, or tell you later there's a monthly membership, or that for you to get benefits you have to get others to join. This is a true, very real, travel club. All you have to do is pay your annual membership fee for the membership level you select, book your vacation when you're ready at the member exclusive discounted rate and enjoy your vacation; nothing more, nothing less. We are a travel club created with our member’s best interest at heart. Our company does not thrive off making money from our memberships but actually from the marketing of our contracted resorts. Pay Cheap Rates Travel club truly wants people to enjoy life, travel more, and pay the cheapest rates through our membership. This is NOT a timeshare, it is a travel club. Members will be given exclusive discount offers to 3, 4 and 5 Star Timeshare resorts worldwide without having to own timeshare, as well as, hotels all over the world.

What is the difference between Pay Cheap Rates Travel Club and Timeshare?

With timeshare you are usually paying a monthly financed fee (if you still owe on your timeshare). Ranging anywhere between $100 a month to $300+ a month, you also as a timeshare owner have the luxury of paying a maintenance fee every year (some every other year) ranging between the amounts of $700 to $1,200 a year. Breaking down your timeshare costs anywhere between $1,900 to $4,800 a year in monthly fees and maintenance, that’s whether you use the timeshare within that year or not. So essentially you are paying for a vacation every year that you may or may not take.

However, with Pay Cheap Rates Travel Club you are only paying $29.99 to $99.99 per year (depending on the membership level you select) for your membership fees. You will have no monthly costs, no maintenance fees, and no payment for something you may not use that year. As a member you will receive discounted rates to over 75,000 hotels and resorts around the world. With Pay Cheap Rates Travel Club, our members only pay when they travel. As a member if you don't travel all year there's no monthly fee, maintenance fee, or timeshare week lost. What about All-Inclusive, is that offered?

Answer: Yes, we have an array of resort locations through Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Starwood, RCI, Wyndham, IHG, Fairmont, and Divi Resorts which offer all-inclusive packages. The GREAT PART is that for most resorts Members are only obligated to pay 3-days of 7-days for All-Inclusive when they stay. So members have the option to do a partial all-inclusive trip, saving even more money. That's a minimum of only $300 per person for 3-days of all-inclusive luxuries at a 7-day all-inclusive resort.

Will the membership fee’s increase over time?

Answer: No, as long as you have consistent membership your fees will be locked in at the rate you entered membership. Membership is annual and not automatically renewed, allowing members the opportunity to choose whether they would like to renew or not. If, however, there is a lapse in membership, once you renew membership it will be at the current going rate.

What if I want to cancel membership?

Answer: You may cancel membership at any time. However, to receive a full 100% refund for membership fees, you must cancel membership within 7 days of the date of payment. Not 7 business days but 7 days total, including weekends.

What are the qualifications of membership?

Answer: Membership to PCR Travel Club shall be open to any individual who is at least 18 years of age and submits a completed application, pays the required annual dues, shares an interest in travel and agrees to uphold the Travel Club’s Code of Ethics and Policies.

Does the application for membership need to be submitted electronically?

Answer: No, while we encourage all to join electronically so you can start receiving your benefits immediately, you can also printout the PDF application and mail to Pay Cheap Rates Travel Club along with membership dues via money order or cashier’s check (Personal checks will NOT be accepted).

How do I pay my membership dues?

After my membership has expired how do I renew?

Answer: Once membership has expired you do not need to resubmit a new application but will need to submit a Membership Renewal Form via email or by mail along with membership dues.

If I join now, when will my membership begin and end?

Answer: Membership will begin immediately upon the clearance of payment. Dues are set by calendar year and runs from January of any current year to December of that year.  Invoices are e-mailed beginning 30 days prior to membership expiration. Full payment is due by your expiration date. Several follow-up invoices are emailed to unpaid members, for a maximum of 30 days after expiration.

Will I receive a written agreement or policy of some sort confirming my membership and how soon?

Answer: Yes, absolutely. Each member will receive via email a receipt of payment, a Membership certificate, Membership Card, an electronic copy of the Travel Trick Volumes, and an electronic copy of PCR Travel Club’s Policies, Procedures and FAQ’s.

What if I don’t want to renew my membership can I just let my membership expire, or is there a termination fee?

Answer: Yes, you can just let your membership expire and no there is no termination fee. Annual membership dues are not billed automatically. Members must submit a renewal form upon each time membership is up for renewal. If you do not wish to continue membership we ask that our members send us an email as common courtesy by putting in subject line: MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION. However, members may also just simply let the membership run out and DO NOTHING. No dues will be billed; your membership will be automatically cancelled.

Can someone purchase the How to Travel Book without joining the Travel Club?

Answer: Yes, absolutely. The How to Travel Books are $4.99 and can be purchased via PayPal (PayCheapRates@gmail.com) or eBay (User name PCRTravelClub)

If I refer someone else to PCR Travel Club will I get any discounts?

Answer: Yes, as a member of PCR Travel Club you will receive a $100 discount voucher on your next vacation week booked using PCR Travel benefits for every 10 referrals that join and become members.

Are there any hidden fees beyond the member room rate?

Answer: Absolutely NOT. All member rates include taxes excluding government fees.

Will I need a major credit card upon check-in?

Answer: Yes, you will need a major credit card upon check-in to cover for the resort taxes (less than $18 a day depending on the resort location), security deposit, any personal room charges and any incidentals that may occur during your stay. The hold can range from $100 to $500; depending on the resort location. However, your card will NOT be charged, there will only be a hold placed on your card until check-out. Once you check-out if there are no damages or room charges then the hold will be lifted from your credit card and you will only be required to pay the taxes for your stay.

How does it work?

Answer: PCR Travel Club is an exclusive club membership, with a very minimal annual fee, which allows its members to gain access to exclusive deals at timeshare ownership prices without the hassle or financial obligations of owning timeshare. There are four levels of membership Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels (which can be reviewed at the Membership Application link above). Depending on the membership level, members can benefit from 3 to unlimited booking deals to anywhere in the world from hotels to 4 bedroom accommodations. Members will have “Priority” booking as owners do in high demand locations such as Aruba, Hawaii, South America, and Europe.

What are the benefits of being a member of PCR Travel Club?

Answer: With PCR Travel Club membership, each member will have exclusive access to over 75,000 resorts and hotels around the world.  Each member also receives a "Members Exclusive" Divi Resorts Caribbean package with Divi Resort locations in high demand locations such as Aruba, Barbados, St. Maarten, St. Croix, the Cayman Islands and Bonaire. Members shall receive a free copy of PCR Travel Club’s book- The Travel Trick Vol. I: “How to Travel the Smart Way.” This book (a $4.99 value) will show and teach members the tricks of the trade when traveling and will show members how to make their money stretch and be 4 to 7 times its worth. How often can I go on vacation and use the discounted rates as a member?

Answer: Depending on membership level, members can go as many times as they would like in any given year (subject to resort availability). Diamond Level Members have the luxury of unlimited bookings, meaning they can book as many times as they would like.

Is the membership applicable to families?

Answer: Absolutely, each resort has several activities for children and adults of all ages. Members may take their family and friends anytime (subject to resort availability).

What type of resort room accommodations do you have and what size units?

Answer: Depending on resort and size of the location, this can vary. However, Studio, 1-Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom, and even 4 Bedroom accommodations are accessible through PCR Travel Club. All rooms are equipped with private patios or balconies (depending on the level), kitchens, televisions, DVD players, iPod accessible clock radios, in-room safe, air-conditioning, and most with Jacuzzi's.

What is the minimum and maximum stay?

Answer: All Members may stay as short or as long as they would like from 1 day up to 21 days of vacation. Members may also stay longer than 21 days upon special request.

How far in advance do I have to book for discounted accommodations?

Answer: Members may book accommodations as early as 6 months in advance to any location prior to travel date. Members can even book as late as the day before travel (subject to resort availability).

How much will it cost me?

Answer: PCR Travel Club exclusive pricing varies depending on the resort and location. However, members have stayed a week in Mexico, Jamaica, and Dominica Republic, just to name a few, for as low as $500 for a week’s stay. Members also have the option of partial all-inclusive packages at some resorts where only 3 days of 7 are required.

Is airfare and car rental accommodations included in the pricing?

Answer: With each members travel request response pricing for flights are included on the form as well. 

What other things does PCR Travel club have to offer besides discounted rates for accommodations and car rentals?

Answer: PCR Travel Club has quite a few things to offer its members such as the Travel Trick Books.  These are educational readings that can help teach members the tricks of the trade when traveling, giving members a more enlightened view to be more cost efficient. Members will also receive PCR Travel Club budget worksheets to help members budget for their next vacation, as well as, contact sheets and websites to remember to help members find the best discounts and package deals.

As PCR Travel Club grows in membership so will the benefits. Each month the owners of PCR Travel Club are in search for the next best deal for members. The greater in number the club grows the greater benefits members will receive. At this time PCR Travel Club is working on getting discounted rates to Cruise Lines and Airfare. Also, the newest Volumes of the Travel Trick- Vol. II “How to get a Free Flights & Car Rentals,” and Vol. III “The Best way to Cruise” are in development and will be released very soon.

How do I book my travel?

Answer: That can be done in 5 easy steps.
Step 1. Go to www.paycheaprates.com click Member Travel Request fill out the form completely.

Step 2.  PCR Travel Club will then confirm all resorts and hotel accommodations we have available at our exclusive discounted rates within your price range and travel dates. These will be emailed to you within 72hrs.

Step 3. Once you receive our response email of all the locations available you will need to pick the location you like and respond via email with your selection number of choice.

Step 4. A PayPal payment invoice will then be emailed to you with the discounted member rate. Payments will be made via PayPal to PayCheapRates@gmail.com

Step 5. Once funds are received and cleared your accommodations, a confirmation email with your name, travel dates, resort information and reference number will be emailed to you. After your reference number is received feel free to contact the resort (if desired) to confirm or set up any special accommodations or activity excursions prior to arrival. Some resorts will even go shopping for you and have groceries delivered to your room prior to arrival.

What if I have to cancel who do I have to contact?

Answer: Once you have booked your travel accommodations you must contact the resort directly in the event that you have to cancel. Cancellation policies are dependent on the resort itself. Once you receive your reservation, you should contact the resort directly to find out their cancellation policy.

What are the reward referrals and exclusive vacation offers from Wyndham and Divi Resorts all about?

Answer: Once you become a member of PCR Travel Club your name will be referred to our partner preferred companies such as JetBlue, US Airways, MyPoints, Wyndham and Divi Resorts. Members will receive referral emails asking you to join JetBlue, US Airways and MyPoints so you can begin saving rewards for your travels and begin steps learned from the Travel Trick Book. Members will also receive calls from Wyndham and Divi Resorts offering you an extremely discounted getaway offer with bonus incentives such as a $100 Visa Gift card, Spa Treatment, money toward a rental car or excursion activity, etc. The offer price and gift will be definitely something to make the offer worth your while. However, you will be under no obligation to take the offer. You can even ask that they call you back at a later date if you would like the offer but not at that moment.
